創新產品的研發歷程與分析

Abstract

The fuzzy front end of new product development process including the stage of concept or idea generation, and the stage of concept or idea generation is very important for new product research and development. In the front end stage of research and development, the amount of concept or idea will getting down with new product project evaluation, at last, only few idea would enter the market.Therefore, if we could generation a lot useful originality idea and concept at the front end stage, it will increase the probability of success of new product marketing and reduce the cost of research and development. Literature review to quote Goldenberg(2003)systematic inventive thinking and Kim & Mauborgne(2004)Blue Ocean Strategy, but this two research most confer abroad case, our study adopt familiar case in Taiwan. According to analysis of case, product development staff to better understanding of context of Six Creative Applications, and generate more and more idea or creativity by this way. This study adopt Ming-Huei Chen(2009)“Six Creative Applications”.
