Non-inflationary ways of the regulation of the belarusian economy monetization level

Abstract

Non-inflationary ways of the increase of the Belarusian economy monetization level were considered. The creation of the adequate institute of financial intermediation, the Bank of capital, was offered. The Bank of capital could serve as an instrument of money circulation specification created by capital goods turnover, namely it could help transform business entities and population savings into investment projects.Рассмотрены неинфляционные пути повышения уровня монетизации белорусской экономики. Предложено создание адекватного института финансового посредничества – Банка капитала, который явился бы инструментом спецификации денежного оборота, создаваемого оборотом капитальных благ, а именно, позволил бы трансформировать сбережения населения и субъектов хозяйствования в инвестиционные проекты
