    Abstract

    Rhamnolipide werden bisher hauptsächlich mit dem Stamm Pseudomonas aeruginosa hergestellt. Für eine industrielle Herstellung ist dies auf Dauer allerdings nicht optimal, da es sich bei P. aeruginosa um einen opportunistisch human-pathogenen Keim der Sicherheitsstufe L2 handelt. Daher wird intensiv daran gearbeitet alternative, nicht-pathogene Rhamnolipid-Produzenten für die Herstellung von Rhamnolipiden zu etablieren
