W artykule przedstawiono narzędzie bibliograficzne Zotero, które jest rozszerzeniem popularnej przeglądarki Mozilla Firefox. Opisano jego podstawowe funkcjonalności oraz skupiono się na możliwościach pozyskiwania przez aplikację informacji bibliograficznych z różnych zasobów sieciowych. W tekście wskazano także na alternatywne narzędzia bibliograficzne tj. RefWorks, EdNote, CiteULike
