Abstract

Gnau, 52nd District Representative in the Kentucky House of Representatives, to George E. Finch, Bowling Green, Kentucky. He outlines the steps he has taken to settle Finch’s claim for payment for time worked at Bowling Green and denied by the District Commercial Superintendent. The envelope identifies Finch as a Western Union telegraph operator
