Abstract

Práce se věnuje problematice místních a správních poplatků. Po obecné úvodní kapitole následuje bližší seznámení s městem Pardubice. V obecné části upozorňuje na postavení místních a správních poplatků mezi příjmovými položkami rozpočtů obcí a dále se věnuje vývoji právních úprav jednotlivých poplatků, jejich druhům a základním prvkům poplatkového vztahu. Ve speciální části popisuje konkrétní situaci v Pardubicích.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
