Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na metody pro posouzení funkčního stavu hepatocytů v podmínkách in vitro. Hlavním cílem bylo zavést imunochemickou enzymatickou metodu ELISA pro stanovení koncentrace albuminu v kultivačním médiu kultury potkaních hepatocytů.
