Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na mechanizmy toxického poškození jater a in vitro modely toxického poškození jater. Cílem bylo zvládnutí metod izolace a kultivace potkaních hepatocytů a na základě biochemických metod charakterizovat míru poškození jaterních buněk po expozici modelovými toxickými látkami v primokultuře hepatocytů. Jako modelové látky byly zvoleny tBHP, TAA a GaIN.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
