Výsledkem této práce bylo zkoumání fyzikálních vlastností, zejména stability a rozpustnosti ve vodě, které mají vliv na biodostupnost různých polymorfních modifikací dihydroergocristinu mesylátu. Dále bylo sledováno za jakých , přesně stanovených, podmínek určitá modifikace vzniká.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
