Autorka se v práci zaměřuje na charakteristiku daňových úniků, s důrazem na úniky v oblasti DPH a daně z příjmů. Podrobněji se zabývá kontrolní činností finančních úřadů a dále legislativní úpravou zákonů směřujících k zamezování daňových úniků. V závěru uvádí nejdůležitější opatření, která by měla být v oblasti daní zavedena.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
