Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou převedení systému managementu jakosti z dosud uplatňované normy ISO 9000:1994 na normu kvalitativně vyššího stupně ISO 9000:2000 ve VČE - montáže, a. s. Práce současně hodnotí zavedení integrovaného systému managementu, a to rozšířením o procesy týkající se bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci dle normy OHSAS 1801-1999. Závěrečná část práce je věnována návrhu na začlenění systému evironmentální politiky dle normy ISO 14001 do stávajícího systému, a tím vytvoření uceleného integrovaného systému managementu firmy.Ústav ekonomiky a managementuDokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
