Ortho efect in acid catalyzed hydration of alfa-methylstyrenes

Abstract

Byla připravena řada ortho substituovaných alfa-methylstyrenů. K syntéze byla použita cesta přes adici Grinardových činidel na karbonylové sloučeniny a následná dehydratace vzniklého karbinolu. Identifikace byla provedena pomocí 1H NMR spekter. Na připravených látkách byly měřeny kinetiky kysele katalyzované hydratace. Bylo zjištěno, že v ortho poloze se neuplatňují pouze elektronické efekty, ale jednoznačně také stérické efekty.Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
