PERAN SEKOLAH DALAM MENUMBUHKEMBANGKAN PERILAKU HIDUP SEHAT PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR (STUDI MULTI SITUS DI SD NEGERI 6 MATARAM DAN SD NEGERI 41 MATARAM KOTA MATARAM NUSA TENGGARA BARAT)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe to describe the role of schools in developing healthy life styles in elementary school students. This study used a qualitative approach using multi-site study design. The study was conducted in SDN 6 and 41 Mataram, Mataram, NTB. Data were collected research data with interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by analysis of single site and site traffic analysis. Checking the validity of the data is done by three criteria namely credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that the school program with surgery ants, Saturday clean, flag ceremony, morning gymnastics, praying together, and UKS Aubade, an effective activity to foster healthy behavior, which involves the role of school principals, teachers and school personnel. The activity was supported by facilities and infrastructure in schools. Curriculum and learning environment (PLH) as local content. Awards to students such as praise and attention is given to students who behave in a healthy life while in school sanctioned verbal warning given to students who violate. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran sekolah dalam menumbuhkembangkan perilaku hidup sehat pada siswa Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi multi situs. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 6 dan 41 Mataram, kota Mataram, NTB. Data penelitian dikumpulkan data penelitian dengan tehnik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis situs tunggal dan analisis lintas situs. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan tiga kriteria, yakni kredibilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa program sekolah berupa operasi semut, sabtu bersih, upacara bendera, senam pagi, doa bersama, aubade dan UKS, merupakan kegiatan yang efektif untuk menumbuhkembangkan perilaku hidup sehat, yang melibatkan peran kepala sekolah, guru dan personil sekolah. Kegiatan tersebut ditunjang dengan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah. Kurikulum dan pembelajaran lingkungan hidup (PLH) sebagai muatan lokal. Penghargaan kepada siswa seperti pujian dan perhatian diberikan kepada siswa yang berperilaku hidup sehat di sekolah, sedangkan sanksi berupa peringatan secara lisan diberikan kepada siswa yang melanggar
