以经典概率学中的贝叶斯决策理论模型为基础展开了研究。确定了以模糊数学中的隶属度原理作为突破口,将离散的、间隔的数据转化为概率空间的连续数据,并基于连续的隶属度函数对概率空间进行了正交划分。随后选择实证对象,并进行对应的基础调研,获得研究所需的基础数据,从而利用构造的理论模型进行了实证研究,针对不同风险类型的企业提出了不同的治理、决策建议。国家自然科学基金青年项目(71002043); 霍英东教育基金会青年教师基础研究项目(131083
