政治联系、最终控制人、制度环境与银行借款——基于国有上市公司2004-2008年的经验证据

Abstract

手工搜集了2004-2008年中国资本市场国有上市公司关键高管(董事长、总经理)政治联系的经验数据,并明确划分政府官员类政治联系与代表委员类政治联系,实证研究了政治联系等因素对国有上市公司银行借款的影响。研究结果表明:国有上市公司的银行借款与政治联系、政府官员类政治联系显著正相关,但与代表委员类政治联系无显著的相关性。在低制度环境组下,银行借款和政治联系、政府官员类政治联系显著正相关。在地方所有的国有企业中,银行借款与政治联系、政府官员类政治联系和代表委员类政治联系均显著正相关,但在中央所有的国有企业中,银行借款仅与政治联系、政府官员类政治联系显著正相关
