Abstract

摘要 盈余管理是现代会计理论研究中的一个重要领域，在西方的会计理论界中已经有二十多年的历史。盈余管理不是一个简单的会计问题，而是一个有着比较复杂背景的社会问题。随着证券市场的发展，这个问题也在中国开始出现。 本文在前人研究成果的基础上，对科龙公司的盈余管理行为进行了探讨，以期对中国上市公司的盈余管理问题的治理有些益处。 本文分为五个部分。 第一部分是导论部分。这一部分指出了研究的背景、内容、思路等。 第二部分是综述部分。本部分介绍了中外学者关于盈余管理的代表性概念、盈余管理产生的条件和盈余管理的模式等。 第三部分介绍科龙公司的盈余管理事件。 第四部分具体分析科龙公司盈余管理的...Abstract Earnings management is an important topic in modern accounting research.
