Abstract

Основи промислової органічної хімії є важливою дисципліною у підготовці магістрів напрямку хімічна технологія та інженерія. Посібник спрямований на отримання знань про походження мінеральної сировини для промислового виробництва та сучасні способи перетворення цієї сировини для потреб нафтопереробної, нафтохімічної, хімічної, полімерної та фармацевтичної промисловості. Навчальний посібник містить класифікацію та опис основних процесів одержання органічних сполук та застосування цих процесів до промислового синтезу органічних речовин різних класів. Особливу увагу приділено процесам окиснення органічних речовин, механізмам дії інгібіторів окиснення та методам синтезу антиоксидантів.
