Актуализируется проблема прогнозирования успешности личностно-профессиональной самореализации. Проводится анализ подходов к пониманию самореализации с целью определения оснований для выделения психологических предикторов личностно-профессиональной самореализации.The article actualizes the problem of predicting the success of personal and professional self-realization.
