Abstract

天然气水合物综合模拟实验持续时间长、压力高（一般≥3.8 MPa）、环节多,为减轻劳动强度和保证实验安全,在实验系统中设计了高压控制台。该压力控制台具有进/出气统一管理、反应釜试压以及系统超压保护等功能。超压保护模块由NV1-20-6M-ATC型气控阀、VP542型高灵敏电磁阀、OMRON/G2R-1型继电器、PCI-1711多功能卡、压力传感器和相应的软件系统构成。电脑软件对采集的压力数据进行判断是否超过报警值,如果超过报警值就发出警报,如果超过卸载压力值,就向PCI-1711卡与继电器相连的通道发送1开关量,继电器接通,电磁阀通电打开,从而低压气体进入气控阀将其打开泄压。整套压力控制系统已在水合物合成及微钻模拟实验中得到了成功应用
