Розглянуто сутність та ознаки бюджетного моніторингу, а також головну мету і завдання моніторингу бюджетних програм, його суб’єкти. Показано організаційну структуру бюджетного моніторингу як процесу та основні його складові. Визначено й охарактеризовано функції та головні методи бюджетного моніторингу. Розкрито організаційну форму та етапи проведення бюджетного моніторингу програми, виокремлено їхні головні завдання
