本实用新型涉及一种汽车侧围焊装生产线控制系统，侧围线主控制器通过Profibus DP总线依次连接点焊机器人和变频器，与点焊机器人之间交换状态信息并且获取转台的实时位置信息和实时速度信息；变频器通过Profibus DP总线连接转台电气设备远程IO模块，变频器还通过Hiperface协议的通信接口连接编码器，获取电机运行的速度、角度和位置信息。本实用新型保证通讯的实时性和稳定性，实现侧围生产线的实时位置和状态信号的控制和监视，完成精确生产定位和工件传输定位；实时获得转台及其上的电气元件的状态信息，对复杂大型运动设备进行全面的监控，提高了人身安全和设备安全，同时缩短故障诊断的时间
