Abstract

Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) ist eine Methode, die mittlerweile einen hohen Stellenwert bei der Suche tumorspezifischer SNPs erlangt hat. In dieser Studie werden NGS-gestützte, tumorspezifische Mutationsfunde beim Magenkarzinom mittels konventioneller Sequenziertechnik validiert.
