    Abstract

    The Federal Law of Work of 1970 was stayed until November 2012. Thought the interpretative/descriptive method we analyze the Labor Reform and its impact in society, and as all workers are demanding an objective revision of Labor Reform.No obstante la presión ante los cambios legislativos, la Ley Federal del Trabajo de 1970 se mantuvo vigente hasta noviembre del 2012. Mediante el método interpretativo/descriptivo se valorará la Reforma laboral y su impacto; destacando las demandas colectivas e individuales presentadas contra tal modificación; enfocándose en la necesidad de la revisión del marco jurídico con vistas al futuro
