    O presente trabalho visa mostrar pontos relevantes a respeito da Lei 9.307/1996 (Lei de Arbitragem), trazendo algum conhecimento e esclarecimentos sobre a natureza jurídica da arbitragem, a discussão acerca da sentença arbitral, seus efeitos e nulidades, com a análise de haver ou não a possibilidade de recursos na decisão proferida pelo(s) árbitro(s), salientando ainda o estudo de um caso de laudo arbitral diante de contratos públicos
