VIOLÊNCIA NA ESCOLA: SENTIDOS NO CONTEXTO DA PRÁTICA

Abstract

Este artigo discute, a partir de pesquisas realizadas em duas escolas públicas, como a escola constrói seus conceitos de violência em um processo complexo de significação de si, em diálogo com o contexto e com as diversas possibilidades de compreensão do fenômeno trazidas pela teoria e pelos documentos. Vimos que há relação sistemática entre a concepção de violência e a defesa sobre a ideia de ‘culpa’, já que os documentos apontam a responsabilidade da escola no ‘combate’ a violência. VIOLENCE AT SCHOOL: SENSES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRACTICE ABSTRACT This article discusses, from surveys conducted in two public schools, as the school builds its concepts of violence in a complex process of signification itself, in dialogue with the context and the various possibilities of comprehension of the phenomenon brought about by the theory and the documents. We have seen that there is a systematic relationship between the design of violence and the defense of the idea of 'guilt', as the documents point to the school's responsibility to 'combat' violence.
