Herramientas tics y pedagógicas para inclusión laboral de personas con discapacidad auditiva.

Abstract

ICTs as significant tools in society have allowed people with hearing disabilities, through new mechanisms, methods, and technological resources, to have the ability and the opportunity to be included in the best way in society. In the same way, the pedagogical strategies allow obtaining new knowledge and learning for cognitive development, interacting with other people, facing roles in their daily lives. However, this population does not have the necessary educational, labor and productive opportunities that are required to improve the quality of life and labor inclusion. The objective of the work is to identify the different ICT tools and pedagogical strategies that allow the labor insertion of this population. To achieve this, a literature review was made in Google Scholar of the last 5 years from the UNNESCO “deaf” thesaurus. The systematization and analysis of the information was done in a log format and in Google Drive. In conclusion, it has been identified that companies must implement action plans based on ICT tools that they attribute to satisfactorily improving the environment in their company for the deaf population.Las TIC´s como herramientas significativas en la sociedad han permitido que las personas con discapacidad auditiva a través de nuevos mecanismos, métodos y recursos tecnológicos tengan la capacidad y la oportunidad de poder ser incluidas de la mejor manera en la sociedad. Al igual las estrategias pedagógicas permiten obtener nuevos conocimientos y aprendizajes para el desarrollo cognitivo, interactuar con las demás personas, enfrentarse a roles en su vida diaria. Sin embargo, esta población no cuenta con oportunidades educativas, laborales y productivas necesarias que se requieren para mejorar la calidad de vida e inclusión laboral. El objetivo del trabajo es identificar las diferentes herramientas Tics y estrategias pedagógicas que permiten la inserción laboral de esta población. Para lograrlo se hizo una revisión de literatura en Google Scholar de los últimos 5 años a partir del tesauro de la UNNESCO “sordos”. La sistematización y análisis de la información se hizo en un formato de bitácora y en Google Drive. Como conclusión se ha identificado que las empresas deben implementar planes de acciones basados en herramientas Tics que atribuyen a mejorar satisfactoriamente el entorno en su empresa para población sorda
