本發明提供一種形成多效抗微生物表面塗層的材料。所述材料包括一種或多種易揮發或氣態的抗微生物劑，一種或多種不具揮發性的抗微生物劑，以及一種或多種聚合物。所述易揮發或氣態的抗微生物劑包裹於所述聚合物中以得到緩慢釋放的效果。另外還提供一種製備上述材料的方法。A multi-effect antimicrobial surface coating forming material is provided. Said material comprises one or more volatile or gaseous antimicrobial agents, one or more non-volatile antimicrobial agents and one or more polymers. Said volatile or gaseous antimicrobial agents are coated by said polymers to get a slow release effect. In addition, a method of preparing said material is provided
