Abstract

En esta obra se pone de manifiesto los cambios demográficos, sociales y económicos que ha experimentado Sax desde el siglo XV. La amplitud cronológica abarcada obliga a diferenciar dos momentos históricos en el análisis de la población: la demografía antigua, desde el siglo XV hasta mediados del s.XIX, y la demografía moderna, desde 1857 hasta el último censo oficial, en 1981
