Abstract

행정규제완료 차원에서 국가기술자격취득자의 보수교육, 등록 및 매 5년마다의 갱신등록을 폐지함에 따라, 국가기술자격법 시행령 및 규칙이 정비되었다. 또한 앞으로 지식기반산업의 확충과 서비스분야의 고용확대 등이 예상되므로 이에 부합할 수 있도록 사무서비스 분야의 자격종목이 신설되고 아울러 국가기술자격의 관리·운영을 체계화하고 공신력을 높히기 위해서 검정기관 내에 검정관리 운영규정을 제정·시행하도록 하는 규정이 마련 중에 있다
