【緒言】　山形大学紀要(農学)Vol.1.No.2(1952)に於て、本研究第1報として、本植物の一般的性質並に成分分析及び微生物生育に対する果汁成分の影響に就て報告した。本第2報に於ては其の特殊成分の検索並糖類及び有機酸類のクロマトグラフ法による定性に就て若干の成果を得たので、報告する事とする
