    Abstract

    Sczanieccy ze Szczańca w Księstwie Głogowskim, pojawili się w Kursku ok. 1513 roku. Wówczas w dokumentach do 1524 roku występują Jan i Jerzy. Wit, fundator dzwonu mógł posiadać już tylko działy wsi, która w XVII wieku stała się m.in. własnością Bronikowskich. Fundacja dzwonu związana jest prawdopodobnie z budową nowej świątyni ewangelickiej (1).
